Biggest cheat day or binge youve ever had?
-
04-23-2012, 08:28 AM #2
i just got done dieting for a show. went from 214 to 245 pounds in 5 days. My biggest cheat was last thursday...
from 1pm to 3:30pm
5 mcdonalds double cheesburgers
2 whoppers with cheese
large chocolate milkshake
18 dunkin doughnuts doughnuts
2 orange hostess cupcakes
that was over a 2 and 1/2 hour time period so I don't know if you can consider it one "meal" but I was pretty much eating the entire time. It totals at around 10K calories.
I could NEVER eat that much normally but those that have competed before and lost weight like that will tell you your appetite is insatiable almost super human for a few days when you start eating. Even now just a week later that I have stabilized I could not eat near that...probably not half that.

wow... pics?
30 pounds though? Did you do that for several days?
I think my biggest cheat in a single meal was when my friend and I tried to out-eat eachother.... we tied.
I ate 16 breaded fish fillets, 2 baskets of fries, and 2 orders of hush-puppies... could have eaten more but didnotwant.jpg"When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

No need to cheat if you fit foods you enjoy into your daily intake.

no pics taken it was sort of spontaneous on a 6 hour drive from nashville to columbus. This is not rare at all though with those who compete and have to drop crazy weight. It isn't even the most weight gain I have had. In 2010 I went from 202 to 260 in less than 10 days. I was so swollen I couldn't walk from literally eating fast food all day.
I'm not even an impressive story...there are epic stories of people who weigh 280+ in the offseason sucking down to light heavys (198) and gaining 70+ pounds in just days eating 20K calories a day.
obiously most of this is just water weight you can't really undue 16+ weeks of dieting in 3-10 days of binge eating.

Can't think of my biggest binge or cheat..but after my two week keto startup my cheat meal last Friday was:
- 1 Harvey's mushroom melt burger, with two orders of frings (onion rings and fries)
- 2 big bakery cookies
- tortilla chips and fresh salsa
- 2 sugar free vodka Rockstars..opened a 3rd but couldn't drink it because I was too full.
My stomach hurt when I was done. No idea on cals.

My cheat usually consists of cooked vegetables as they are my favorite food.. every time i start eating them i end up eating the whole pot and having stomach aches for the rest of the night..
I know its not considered a cheat but that's kind of my favorite food and i love eating it so much.. what can i do..

1 whole triple dipper-Eggroll/chipotle chicken crispers/ Bacon +cheese quesidalla's
One order of chips and salsa/guacamole
1 fortifex peanut butter cup protein bar
1 met rx smooth pb protein bar
1 cinnamon roll quest bar
1 peanut butter and jelly quest bar
Thats pretty crazy but best binge ever!
My college town(SUNY BROCKPORT)has all the fast food places so I wanted to see who had best burger, fries, and nuggest
2 Mcdoubles+1 order small fries+5 piece or 4 piece nugget whatever it is
2-Double Stacks from wendys+5piece nugget+small fries
2 Burger King Double Cheeseburgers+small fries and +5 piece nugget
Then hit taco bell for fun 2 beefy cheese burritos!
That made me feel Absolutely terrible! but I liked
Wendys nuggets! Spicy nuggets more specifically
Mcdonalds fries
Wendys Double stack-slice of cheese 2 burgers slice of bacon and an onion.
Only thing that compares is BK's rodeo burger
But I vowed to avoid fast food this offseason but that was a NIGHT OF ALL BINGESTrying to improve day in and day out.

It's always on Christmas or Easter because those are days I never count macros and there is an insane amount of tasty food around.
I never go out and buy or make "Cheat Foods" as I really can't be bothered and rarely feel the need to.

Completely wrong. I was "fitting stuff into my macros" the whole way through my prep and I was still insatiable the day after the show. You can cheat with "clean" (sorry for using the word) foods as much as you can diet with processed "junk" foods. At the end of the day, hunger is hunger. (Though realistically, I still craved the junk more because there was a limited extent to which I could include them in my diet).

Totally disagree. It's down to the individual. If you find that eating a tablespoon of icecream a day and fitting it into your macros satisfies you, then you're lucky but everyone is different.
Anyway, over 2 days when I moved from Oz to UK:
All the plane food they gave me.
2 (mini)bottles of wine + 1pint cider
4 sushi rolls
Chocolate milk
Packet of biscuits
Massive Toblerone
400g Chocolate
2 Reese's PB Cups
Packet of toffee
Pack of gummy snakes
Pack of those banana sweet things
Packet of crisps
and probably lots more i'm forgetting.
Much sickness was felt that day.IF & IIFYM

But in all seriousness, im known for having an iron gut, so I get sucked into eating competitions a lot.
Never feel bad about it either, on Saturday at a college visit with free food I downed 20 pancakes, 2 huge waffles, 2 ice cream cones, 10 pieces of cake, 5 sugar cookies, shortbread cookies, a sub, 3 pieces of pizza, 2 bowls of frosted flakes, and a bag of donettes with skittles.
Didn't feel bad about it kr stress it, it was all in fun for a friendly eating contest with some of the ROTC guys im joining up with in the summer.
never effects my results at all when I do this once of twice every month or month and a half.Ideologically motivated to fight stupidity, socialism, communism, and marxism at every turn. <---- Stupidity and the other 3 often go hand and hand.
