I have thought up a certain exercise for shoulders(not sure if this exact combination exists or not officially), but so far it has yielded some excelelnt results for me.
I have tried doing Alternating Military Press/Behind-the-neck-barbell-press.
So first rep you do an MP, then the second rep you do a BTNBP alternating untill failure.
try the Arnold Press....take two dumbells...start with your hands facing your body, the push the dumbells up and turn your hands outward while you push up, and then lower them down while turning your hands back in.... this works all the areas of your delts, and its a good workout(for my at least)
actually that exercise is called the bradford press. you explained it correctly except for when the barbell is in transition from a military press to the behind the neck press, your arms never get fully extended. they stay at around 90 degress
i know it does BR.... but hey..... sometimes i just get that feeling where i want to try to max on it.... LOL not a great idea... but hey... what can i say, its the testosterone.
oh okay, sorry gmav.. the reason the bradford press is so good is that you dont extend your arms, the point of the exercise where most stress is off your shoulders( although there is still a great deal of stess on it )
