lol , i just ate it straight out of the little tin can,, not bad, but i think i'd get sick of it after awhile, and bread has too many carbs,,, anything else? =\

I just put some spicy mustard in the can, mix it up and shovel it in with a fork. I used to HATE tuna, but now it's actually pretty good. Find a good spicy mustard. Or of course you can throw it in a salad if your worried about carbs too.

i get it as dorm food...the little luch ladies put tuna on sour dough bread with mayo and cheese..i eat it 3 times a daygot sick of it like 2 months ago.. =\ ah well gotta get the protein.

I like it (albacore) right out of the can. I just sprinkle a little pepper on it and eat.

A study has just been released that canned tuna in grocery stores contains unhealthy amounts of mercury -- a very toxic mutagen. That sucks a nut... I guess now my kids are going to have a few extra fingers on each hand, and an ear on their ass....

I went on a strictly tuna diet for 3 months. Ate the crap straight from the can. i went into it not minding the taste, but know even if I smell it, I start to gag. People say mix it w/mustard (no Calories) and some kind of greens.

I usually mix my Tuna with a Soy Bean sandwich spread called Nayonaise.

This stuff is AWESOME! A lot of people can't get past the fact it is made with soy beans but its awesome, better than mayo if you ask me. I usually go with one Table spoon per can of tuna.

1 table spoon has
35 calories
0 Protein
1 gram carbs
3.5 gram of fat.

I never could eat tuna all that well before until I found this site. Mix your tuna with a little applesause, it hides the taste and smell very well. I can eat a can of tuna now in about 1 minute, it's great. I look forward to my tuna meals now

BTW, I'm new here, been reading the boards for awhile, great site.
