OK, that's why, that makes you 5'8" and about 146 lbs (at an impossible and lethal zero pct bodyfat), which is not massive. I asume you're trying to get rid of a lot of the dead weight, so just keep it up and be patient. In a year you'll be strikingly different, if you keep working hard and watch the calories.

My traps have always been decent, even when I was just sitting on my butt...
I had to bust my ass doing all kinds of pull downs, and bent rows to get my lats decent...
I hardly do anything that's specific for my traps, and they pop nicely.
For me though, as much as I wish it was chest, or bi's etc... My rear delts, and upper back are my best feature.
Just my two cents

Are you SURE your bodyfat is 36.2??? Cuz if it is, thats EXTREMELY unhealthy...
I love it when a mod makes a post in a thread, and instantly a bunch of other posters in the thread suck his dick. Thats f*ckin funny.

Yeah I think there's something skewing that measurement... Because 36%... You've got to be damn near bed-bound, with a helper bringing you food and helping you bathe etc...
In high school at my absolute worst I was 24% body fat.
I'm thinking you had a typo, or something went wrong in the bf calculations etc... If not... Please talk to your doctor and have him help you set up a system to lose weight safely.6'4"

It could be bone structure. If you a longer clavicle (very square shoulders) it is often harder to produce a good pair of traps."When the only tool you have is a hammer, every problem begins to resemble a nail."
