Thats basically what i said. During aging in women Estrogen levels start to decline, this decline is associated in lower levels of Acetylcholine. L-Huperzine A has no effect on hormones as far as I know.

keep us updated.
for what its worth, I usually don't "feel it" until a week or two after i've been studying, when I then realize how much information i have accumulated.

Haha I haven't given up on it yet, it usually takes a little while for most supplements to kick in, I was just checking in so you knew I was still here and keeping you updated

My doctor said I had anxiety and depression; nothing more was mentioned. I stopped taking Paxil more than 4 months ago. I didn't see any results from it. In fact I actually feel better physically because I don't have all of these extra chemicals in my body. When taking supplements like choline, tyrosine , or any other nootropic my body performs to its full potential.

Today would have been day 1 but my dad hid the bottle from me...or just put it somewhere that I don't know about.

i stack mine,

Piracteam, huperzine and pea.

add in some rpm and this is a mind **** stack,

last night at 11pm we decided " hey lets leave for the beach now so we can hit there early"

i popped the above stack and was out. we mde it 125 miles in about 1.5 hrs lol

10am - 4pm at the beach Im dark as **** werd

but this stack is nice like good focus

Had the sample bottle for a while. Was saving it till now because I start my classes and internship next wk.

Just to clarify it says to take with meals.
Also is one pill enough? I am trying to be cheap with the bottle!

it would be a good idea to start with one cap, but i noticed best results with at least 4 caps daily. YMMV, doesnt hurt to try it out, it is free

Are the samples still being given away? I could really use something for memory. My memory has been screwed up since I got in my accident. I had slight brain damage, and I have a hard time remembering things before my accident, and have a hard time remembering short term things, like peoples' names. I'm also starting college next week, so some memory enhancement would definitely do well with my studies.
