One meal? Whole Day? Ideas anyone?
I've gone to maintenance for a while to recoop a bit, and I do about 3 "cheats" a month, but it consists of Cold Stone Sinless Sans Fat Ice Cream with Sprinkles and Carmel Syrup!! lol. 390 cals..and I always get it PRE workout, the rest of my day is the same routine really. Maybe a whole wheat, egg white french toast with sugar free syrup in the AM, but it's proportioned correctly n all..
I've heard they trick your body out of starvation mode...but does it hinder your progress? I don't do like Cheesecake Factory like back in the day, but the healthy versions.. homemade and clean.. or fat free fro-yo.
