I'M BACK BROTHERS!! Mono didnt stop me
well, i was out of the gym for a good 3 weeks, and could barely eat cuz my throat closed up. i went thru 12 pounds of weight gainer and 6lbs of pure whey.... along w/ massive amounts of glutamine and anti - oxidants to help keep my mass... i think i fared alright.... heres pics from today, my first day back...

thanks everybody for your kind words! and to bosox(and by the way, the red sox can suck my big fat cock... NY OWNS YOU)... watever dog, thats your opinion. i know i got a bit of chub on me... but after living on weight gainer and sleeping all day, its gunna happen. besides, i'd rather keep my muscle and gain alittle fat, than lose all my muscle, and keep most of my fat. just my outlook on the situation. hopefully i'll be more shredded again soon. for my traps i usually just do 3 or 4 sets of barbell shrugs after my shoulder workouts.... i keep it simple. I also do lots of upright rows in my shoulder workouts, which def. help. my genetics play a big part... heres a pic of me when i was cutting, and it shows this sick striation i got in my traps... or shall i say, "had" when i was in good condition/health...

Jcgul - lookin good brotha, i had a friend who had mono and lost like 20 pounds lol... even tho u put ona little bit of fat, its not much that u wont be able to get rif of with a little bit of cardio and a good diet.keep up the good work
