Animal Pump and Green Magnitude?
Is it ok to use Animal Pump pre- workout and use Green Mag post workout each day?

Torrent would be great postworkout. Check out my log bro, I've only used torrent for two workouts now but it has increased my recovery thru the freakin roof! Great stuff, mixes well, tastes good!
Also about the Green Mag, you can take that on off days and save your Animal Pump for preworkouts. That's what I'm currently doing! Just an idea bro, goodluck!

LOL he already has animal pump so it wouldn't be necessary for him 
But as for something you can add maybe a BCAA or EAA supp. or even a PWO supp if you want.

yea - thers a big pump/torrent thing going around.
I'd go with purple wraath - but then again - I take it during and make a classic protein shake afterwards.
