I have a fat free thousand island and a fat free creamy caesar dressing. I use on a bowl of lettuce some times.
I understand how they add a little carbs to it for some compensation. The serving is about 10 grams of carbs.
My question is if I don't drench my lettuce with the dressing if you think its healthy or not?
What bad things can fat free salad dressing have?

I think that it would be alright as long as you know how many calories you are eating. I guess it all depends on if you are cutting or bulking. Pour on bro!

Yup its fine bro you'll be good but IMHO Maria's dressing is the best out there. Get a hold of this, Fat free, Cal free, Carb free, Sugar free, a little bit of salt but its all good

i don't see anything wrong with fat free salad dressing as long as keep track of how much you eat and how many calories you're getting from it. My only problem is that ff dressing always tastes like poo.
