I think your physique is pretty ideal, and though I really like my build there just seems to be something different about the way I have expanded compared to you, though I can't put my finger on it and we are both lean. I am 5'8'', 130 lbs.
I feel as if maybe my shoulders won't allow that kind of lat development, and keep me pretty narrow.

I think you just a need more mass, especially for your height. If I were you, I would concentrate on clean bulking and when you reach your desired size, then cut. You have good proportion, just need more size. You're lookin good though (no homo) :-).

I personally think you have a more desirable physique. I just showed 3 ladies both pictures and they picked your body type. I can't see you getting that big, without help. He's either got freaky genetics or is on the juice. But he obviously knows how to bodybuild.

I was shocked that you're 40 too, I figured you were in your twenties. My Mom just passed away at 81 (she was half-Pinoy), but everyone thought she was in her 60's, and people think I'm in my early 30's for the most part. Must be good genes!

Bro, sorry to hear about your mom. Yeah, I can't believe I'm forty either lol. But, 40 is just a number right? hehe. I still feel like I'm in my twenties. Like they say... You're only as old as you feel. Hey, I've been to Edison a couple of times to have some Pho :-D. Pho - good stuff!
