    Why did I feel sick and puke during my workout?

    Today I woke up at 11 30am, downed a scoop of whey, chilled with my girl for thirty minutes, and then ate 3 peices of wheat bread and 2 fish filets, then I drank another scoop of whey, with some swole v2 and headed to the gym for a workout, about 15-20 minutes into my workout I felt short of breath, dizzy and light headed. After I did a set of squats I had to sit downm then I ran outside and threw up. My trainer said it was because I didnt have enough carbs in my body, and that my blood sugar was probably low ( I dont have any diabetic disease) so he gave me a carb shake.

    Could it of been the swole v2, I heard it has insulin mimikers, could this of caused this, shortness of breath, dizzyness and lightheadedness and vomiting?

    damn 3 hrs? 1 is usually all I need... and fish filets always cause me to feel a bit sick during workout too.

    i always eat 1hour exactly before training, i eat about: 1 cup pasta from durum wheat with 5-6 white eggs and some walnuts..

    and i never puke or anything, i feel good though...

    if you don't breathe well while working out it may cause it.. but squat is a very hard exercise and require alot from the body so that may cause it as well..

    When I squat hard I get lighthead and dizzy after a set. Never felt the urge to or even puked (puts on flame suit in preperation of people claiming it must be because im not hardcore enough )
