Creatine Loading!

Hi i was just wandering what happens if someone doesnt load creatine properly? will it not be as effective? will the effect be less? Will it take longer for the effect to kick in? thanks!

From what I've read around the forum :

Loading on too much - Dangerous to liver, with absolutely no benefits
Loading on too little - Will give a smaller creatine effect (Size/Strength wise)
Also, if you don't load on, the effect will simply be, the time it takes to notice the changes.

There is no need to load at all.

If your taking a monohydrate just do 5 grams a day, if doing CEE do 2-3 grams a day.

what if ur taking multi creatine

as in a product that has 1/3 mono, 1/3 malate, 1/3 ester

is 5 gram of that still good? since 1/3 of that will be mono and etc..
