Hey everyone,
Im looking for some advice on weight loss/building muscle. Over the last year and a bit I've lost around 60lbs and while Im happy Ive been able to drop that weight I seem to have hit a wall.
For the longest time I was going to the gym every day (or at least 4 out of 7 days of the week) and eating a high protein/low carb/calorie diet. Im down to 225 now from 285 and liek I said I've hit a bit of a wall. I tried changing up my work out to doing all the muscle groups daily, instead of one muscle group daily and adding more weight and less reps, in the week that I did that I gained 7 pounds and am now up to 232.
I was just wondering if anyone has some advice on how I can lose more fat, tighten up my stomach (chest) area and continue to lose weight?
Thanks for any input or advice anyone might have.
