I'm really interested in getting really huge. I'm currently 17 years old, 5'7" inches tall and 150lbs. I have a history of short family members, however I am taller than my dad, my oldest brother, and a lot of my other family members. But I think 5'7 is about the biggest I'll get. I printed off some workout programs to start on, but I was wondering if any of you have any tips on protein shakes. I'd like to get to at least 155lbs and maybe 160lbs. I want to have muscles that you can see, not like those really skinny people who have tiny muscles. I'd also like to increase my strength. I found a workout program that I think would really work. About 4 months ago I started working out with just dumbbells. All I do is curls and overhead extensions and dumbbell presses. You can definitely see my cuts, but I want bigger more cut muscles.
Eating Habits: I pretty much eat everything in site. But my metabolism gets rid of the weight and keeps me a 150. I don't really concentrate on eating foods that would help me either, but I'm looking for some good things to eat that would help me also.
Workout days: I work out on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Those are the same days that the programs I'm about to start uses.
Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.

if u want bigger muscles and a greater strength u gotta train and build ur muscles.
to build ur muscles the best u gotta have about 1-1.5 grams of protien per LB(pound) of body weight per day.
a good source of this is Whey Protien, good protien shakes, tuna, eggs, milk.
train hard and eat BIGTrain, eat and live like a beast!!

If ya wont a gud protien then get nitro-tech its the best 1 out there unless u find a better 1 then take that its pretty pricey but worth it !!!

You might need some carbs as well as a protein supplement. If I were you I would actually look for a weight gainer with protein, carbs and a little fat too, just to add mass. When you work out, use heavy weight and low reps to get bigger. Low weight and high reps to get toned. To get your arms bigger, chill with all the curls, your tricep is much larger than your bicep and should be worked more to get your arms bigger.
Good Luck
