    Pre & Post WO

Am I the only one that gets a little frustrated when people use PWO interchangeably between Pre and Post? I don't know how you people automatically get what the person means. I sometimes have to read like 3-4 post down to finally realize the OP is talking about Pre Or Post work out.

    i don't know lol

everytime I use PWO, I always mean Post-workout... probably because Post has more letters than Pre, so pre would be faster and easer to type... hahaha

It's not really a big deal, I'm just like "DOES HE MEAN POST OR PRE!?!" lol
