Critique Bulking Diet

I'm doing keto to cut at the moment (working great!), but in a couple of weeks time I'm going to go back to bulking.

Last time I tried bulking I ate about 3500 calories a day using 40/40/20, and it was pretty clean. I didn't gain very much weight, and I feel as though half of what I gained was fat.

Now I'm going to try for more calories, as I'm keen to put on weight a bit quicker. However I'm scared of putting on to much fat, so I am going to try separating my meals into either Protein+Fat or Protein+Carbs - I got the idea from Massive Eating Part 1 and Part 2.

I'm not sure if it'll work or not, but it's worth a try. From previous experience I feel as though I respond better to fat, than to carbs. So hopefully 40/30/30 will work.

Anyways, I have attached the PDF of the spreadsheet with all the details. It's just a rough guide of what I am planning to eat. The main thing is that I will be aiming for those ratios and calories throughout the day.
Let me know what you think. Cheers!

hmmm....interesting diet. im assuming you work out after meal 2 since your next meal is cicken and pasta? i dont see a shake in there. a few things, but most based on the seperation idida, wich ive never tried, it seems kinda crazy to me, no offense. is the seperation thing working? id say try spliting it up more, so yourll get a more sustained release of energy.

I work out at different times, so any one of those meals could be the pre-workout meal. Then there is PWO (post workout) shake at the bottom which is whey protein + dextrose & oats.

I haven't tried splitting the meals up yet, I'm still doing keto for two weeks. That's why I was hoping for some feedback on it before I start. I agree it kinda sounds crazy, but so did keto before I started...

I spend a lot of time reading about nutrition, but there is a LOT of conflicting information out there. Who knows what to trust??? I guess in the end it's what works best for the individual.
