    losing fat but feeling sluggish...

I have been working out to get rid of that last 10 pound of fat, while buidling up muslces, ups and downs for long time. But for the last couple of weeks, I finally take control of eating, thanks God, and have not done the emotional eating before bed, and voila, I see the changes. For the last one week, I have lost about 750g of fat and gained about 350g of muscle, according to the number on the machine, and I am eating and sleeping just fine with some supplement like multi vitamin and BCAA.
I lose fat about a pound a week, which is no heavy burden, at all. I am doing everything just fine, at least, I think.

But for a couple of days now, during the daily activity, I feel rather sluggish, just a little bit, but still it is new to me. And then, regardless of that sluggish feeling, when I push myself to do aerobic, like swimming or jogging, I do it just fine, just like before, feeling energy doing so just like before. No reduced speed, or total length of time. But then, after the exercise, I feel sluggish again to do the normal daily activity, like even walking on the street. It's not like I can not walk or something, but I do feel little less energy than before during the daily activity.

What is going on? Just hard time for my body to get adjusted to new body? Or just periodic low biorhythm?
I am not overdoing anything to lose fat, and if so, I am supposed to feel better, or eve more energetic, as I lose my fat, isn't it? I feel better about the notion that I am losing fat, but my body does not feel so good, it seems, although it looks better.

    Kind of frustrated...
So, any comment would be appreciated! Thanks!

if ur dieting correct energy out>energy in, ur gonna be tired. Stim fatburners can help, maybe even just some coffee or caffiene pills. That helps alot if you can handle stims.

I'd take a look at your diet and see how your macros break down. Possibly think about adding in more clean calories(100-200) to your diet as a separate snack/meal. If you don't think it will break your routine, take an extra day off from exercising. Be careful, it can be easy to stop going when you don't feel good.

are you getting enough carbs? or perhaps taking in too many all at once?

either one makes me feel tired as hell.

If your working out hard (at least this is my personal exp/view can vary from person to person so ive seen) you can have carbs on the stomach they are going to be burned anyway. Ive been on that method before trying to eliminate carbs from around my workout trying to burn more fat...for me anyway its just not worth the little extra fat burn (assuming there is more fat burning) because I felt sick and couldnt workout even near medium levels.

I remember taking the firefighter test and my buddy who was taking it with me told me he was about to pass out midway. I asked him if he ate today he said "nothing today." I gave him a peice of gum (alittle bit of sugar but enough to pull him through) he said he actually felt somewhat better after chewing. *shrugs*

hmm, ok, maybe due to low carb, come to think of it now.
I was warned this before, but it never was really registered to my brain, I guess, but only because I thought I always was getting enough carb.

Now i think I really have to sit down and measure exactly how much carb I am getting a day.
Thanks a lot, guys! It is registered in my brain now.
