I have used the cut diet earlier this year. I started the beginning of the year at 204lb and around 29% body fat. Im looking for better results by adding a fat burning supplement. In this case Dialene 4. The Vasoexplode is for energizing my workouts. I know it takes time and persistence.

I will be using the cut diet 2000. I will update any changes with my diet. I will be also starting out with 30 minutes of cardio after lifting. Both done 5x per week.

700 am Wake up. 2 Caps Dialene 4,
730 am Meal 1 1 Cap Scivation Sesamin
830a Pre Workout 2 scoops Vasoexplode, 1 scoop xtend. 1 Now Adam, 1 tbsp peanut butter.
During workout I will drink 1.5 scoops of WPI and 5 scoops of xtend
10 am Meal 2: 2 Caps Now Omega -3
12:30 pm 2 Caps Dialene 4
1 pm Meal 3: 1 Cap Scivation Sesamin
4 pm Meal 4 2 Caps Now Omega -3
7 pm Meal 5: 1 Caps Scivation Sesamin
10pm Meal 6: 2 Caps Now Omega -3
