Intro:
I have used the cut diet earlier this year. I started the beginning of the year at 204lb and around 29% body fat. Im looking for better results by adding a fat burning supplement. In this case Dialene 4. The Vasoexplode is for energizing my workouts. I know it takes time and persistence.

Diet and Workout Program:
I will be using the cut diet 2000. I will update any changes with my diet. I will be also starting out with 30 minutes of cardio after lifting. Both done 5x per week.

My Schedule:
700 am Wake up. 2 Caps Dialene 4,
730 am Meal 1 1 Cap Scivation Sesamin
830a Pre Workout 2 scoops Vasoexplode, 1 scoop xtend. 1 Now Adam, 1 tbsp peanut butter.
During workout I will drink 1.5 scoops of WPI and 5 scoops of xtend
10 am Meal 2: 2 Caps Now Omega -3
12:30 pm 2 Caps Dialene 4
1 pm Meal 3: 1 Cap Scivation Sesamin
4 pm Meal 4 2 Caps Now Omega -3
7 pm Meal 5: 1 Caps Scivation Sesamin
10pm Meal 6: 2 Caps Now Omega -3
1030pm ZMA

Day 1 - 7
Day: 1
Dialene 4: I felt tingling through out my body through out the day. The tingling reminded me of the feeling I get from taking Gaba. I had sense of well being.
Vasoexplode: Felt focused and pumped up. Veins were popping out. I did this routine earlier in the year and struggled with lighter weight. I could only bench 105 lb. But I was benching 225 before I started the cut diet the first time.
Workout:
Incline Bench 12x115, 12 x 125, 12 x 135, 12 x 135
Flat Bench 12x 115, 12 x 115, 12 x 115
DB Fly?s 12 x 35, 12 x 35, 12 x 35
Push ups 32
Cardio: 30 minutes elliptical machine. I had a nice sweat during workout.
Day 2:
No energy today. I still managed a decent workout. No sweating and mild niacin flush

Leg Curl 12 x 80, 12 x 80, 12 x 80

Day 3:
Niacin flushes today in full force. I had little red spots on my body. Feeling good. No jitters like Lipo 6 or Hydroxycut w/ephedrine. After 25minutes of taking vasoxplode my arms became pumped. I looked and felt like I worked out arms. My veins were popping out. This was just the beginning of the workout. I felt strong throughout the workout. I had a great sweat during cardio.

Niacin flushed and red spots not as bad today. They happen periodically.
Cardio: One hour riding my bike taking car of business.
Day 5: Great workout. I had a great pump. Tons of energy and felt the burn on the last few reps on the arm exercises. Niacin flushes not as intense. I had a good sweat going.

Day 6: It was decent workout. I was a little tired from the previous night. There were no niacin flushes or red spots.

I lost some weight and look better in the mirror. I'm using the 3 point method to
measure bodyfat. I have been using the same caliper and measuring the same spots for 3 years. I will be getting some pics up. I'm happy with my first week.

Day 9
Great chest workout. Dialene 4 gave me instant energy rush. My appetite has also went down considerably. I'm not getting the carb cravings. I had cravings the first time I tried the cut diet with no supplements.

I had to move unexpectly but were back now.

Killer leg workout. Maybe a little too good. I was sore next few days.

Good arm workout. I saw new veins I hadn't seen before. Nice pump. I took Nitrix for 7 weeks and didn't have this good of a pump.

Great Day. I had PR on deadlifts. I was struggling with 90lbs in March of this year. Squat was also good today. Other side note. My arm seemed to semi pump all the time now. I still had energy after the workout. I felt great.
