Working out while away

so im out of town this week and i was wandering what other exercises i could do with no weights. i.e.: pushups, diamond pushups, dips, abs....any others?...thanks

u can always do leg exercises like heel raises n lunges, push against something from above for resistance if needed or just do em real slow...

but pushups and variations of them are the key for the upper body, they work wonders lol...

of course you can do normal and wide grip chins at a park or somewhere wenever you have a strong enough pole...
i workout at home and do wide grip chins on my balcony... rofl.
