I've just started a new split and did my shoulders today, but my front delts were still a little bit sore from doing chest 3 days ago (I did thrash it though), so I'm wondering whether chest and shoulders should be on the same day, or would the fatigue from pressing and dips etc pre fatigue the delts too much.
