How can I get by bf down to 5 to 7%?
I want to be able to retain as much of my muscle as possible and gradually bring my bf percentage down to the 5 to 7 percent range. I've been eating really healthy and do cardio twice a week (speed walk for 45 minutes for the past 2 months, but my bf is stuck at 11.6%. Please let me know what I should do differently.
