    how much MUSCLE can you gain in 1 month?

    i'm wondering how much PURE MUSCLE (not overall weight or "mass" - just pure muscle) you can gain in one month and what training plan do you have to do for it

    1-7 depending on if you just barely started you can gain 4-9 and if your already been working out for over a year 1-4 pounds, although 1-2 pounds a month is the norm.

    when I was new my weight shot up 12-15lbs (then again, I ate A LOT), I would guess it was mostly clean since i was new. Since I've only really gained 1-2 clean pounds/month

    if youre new and have a really nice diet and workout plan and you are genetically blessed, then 4kg a month, then gains will slow down, if youre not new, but youre diet and workout plan is good, 0.75kg-2kg it varies from person to person

    ive heard from alot of people and judging by this thread others have heard it too that after you workout for a while and your body adjust that with hard work 1-2 lbs a month is the norm
    Just do the work, and get big
