When cutting, is it desirable to eat high-glycemic carbs post workout?

I'm aiming to lose fat, so would I necessarily want to restore the glycogen levels in my body using quickly digested sugars postworkout?

Or would I want to keep my glycogen levels low so I could be burning fat more often throughout the day?

    Thanks

High GI carbs are not a requirement if you're trying to cut. You can opt for other sources of fuel like BCAA's and WPI instead of spiking insulin levels.

When cutting its best to keep insulin levels in check. Choose low GI
