My stats are as follows...
Height: 5' 10"
Weight: 196 lbs
I am fat and I want to lose 36 lbs this summer, averaging roughly 3 lbs a week. I know this is possible and I am starting this log to keep me motivated. The journeys starts NOW!
I plan on eating roughly 1800 calories a day, low in fats, sugars, and high in protein. I also will try to drink around a gallon of water a day.
I am going to jog 2 miles every morning and keep it under 20 minutes.
I am going to continue to use creatine in order to retain my muscle.
I will update every Wednesday.
