    what are your guys measurements(be serious)

    hey guys just wondering if i was average sized or not so since i started this i will start with my measurements

    neck- 18"
    chest- 43"
    waist- 29"
    biceps- 13"
    upperlegs- 22"
    calves- 13"
    height-5'9"
    weight- 175
    Body fat- 10-12%

    i am currently doing a plate workout mon/wens/fri because i can't do my normal program due to work i also do cardio tues/thurs/sat
    just curious

    oh and a plate workout is a 45lb plate doing the following excercises
    chestpress
    bentover rows
    upright rows
    bi curls
    tri press
    headwraps
    bodywraps
    lunges
    squats
    calfraise
    shrugs
    i do all of these in a row for 3 sets of 10each
    i also do abs afterwards 5sets for 50 reps each

    yeah every excercise with a 45plate its an excellent pump i got it from a wrestling camp i went to after my junior year its what the univeristy of minnesota does like twice a week
