Recently when I've been working about, about 5 days ago, on my last few repetitions I' ve been feelings a pulsing pain the back of the lower part of my head, or just slightly above my neck. It seems it be like a vein just pumping really hard and fast into my head, kind of like a miagraine. The first set is bearable, but on the second set, the pain just gets so painful I want to stop. What is this problem? And is there anything I can do about it apart from going to a doctor and getting a checkup and all that..?
Has anyone has this pain/problem before and what is it exactly?
