    hammer curls vs standard curls

    What do you lift more weight with? Hammer curls or standard (palms up/preacher?) curls? Personally I lift more doing hammer curls but maybe I am strange.

    standard u hold the weigth with ur palms facing eachother and then u supinate ur grip to make ur palms face upwards while in the curl..its jsut the standard curl that everyone does
