Every morning I wake up hoping to be in the mood to eat and have a workout but I'm not .. I feel sick thinking of food and far too tired (even if I sleep enough) to lift weights any ideas on how to change that routine?

You could try it and see how things go... If not, you could always make a shake...
WPI, oats, milk, peanut butter... etc... Toss in a banana...
Or maybe a Berry protein shake... Banana, blueberries, strawberries, whey protein... etc...
Upon waking, I blend 10 strawberries with 1 + cup of blueberries and then I shower and stuff... Come back, take my blueprint and then eat my breakfast...
In all seriousness, take this approach, mind>matter...

just gotta do it, usually takes me atleast 30 minutes upon waking to get ungroggy... always has, never gonna change that... So what I do is when I get up, go blend a shake, run my head under some water, chill and drink the shake and about an hour after I wake up I hit the gym...Your mind is usually in a different state in the morning than when you go to bed, you just gotta get the **** up and moving instead of convincing yourself to hit the snooze button.
My morning shake is strawberry/blueberries+oats+egg whites, whey would also be fine.@__@
