Hi. Well let me give my shpeal(sp?). During the school year, i was constantly doing weighted pull-ups and dips, but now that school is out i dont have access to the gym there. Now, i'm going to a local gym, but it doesn't have a machine where you can attach weight when doing pull-ups.
I love doing weighted pull-ups and i dont think theres anything else like it, nor could i go 3 months without them.
Any ideas on how i can compensate for this debacle of mine?

Ok, I see what you mean by using a machine. A dip belt is a lifting belt with a chain attached to one end. You thread a plate through the chain, and attach the free end of the chain to the other end of the belt and let the weight hang down in front of your legs, while the belt is around your waist. It's actually pretty comfortable, feels better than it looks.
If you always do what you've always done, you will always get what you always got.
