Thats stupid. They do 2 totally different things. When you say "fat burners" I am assuming you are talking about beta lean and hydroxycut...in which case it is not the same thing. Read the ingredients on your fat burner, and do a search on the main ingredients. Compare it with a search on creatine (there is lots of stuff to read on creatine) You should be able to figure it out. Most fat burners are essentially different forms of caffeine. caffiene has nothing to do with creatine.
Sweetness is right, but what that person probably meant was the effect that both would give if taken together.
Creatine can have the effect of making a peron look 'puffy', which theoretically goes contra to the reason a person uses fat burners, ie to get lean, lose fat and not look 'puffy'. Fat burners basically work by speeding up the metabolism.
That 'puffy' look i'm referring to is not fat, it's just the increased water in the muscles which creatine promotes which gives the puffy appearance and blurrs definition.
Fat and retention of water are two totally different things, so yes you can use them together, but the creatine may blurr the definition which your fat burners help you attain, that's all.
yes, I see, I never thought of that. It is possible it may make you puffy. But the excess water will help feed your muscles and give you gains. Taking a break from creatine every once in awhile will get rid of the water retention. Should be gone in a week I would think. In the meantime the fatburners should still lower bf%. With or without the creatine.
