Used to work out a Kirkwood Fitness but that place is basically a old folks home. Now work out at Retro Fitness (used to be the Golds). Pretty nice gym with all new Hammer Strength equipment.

^I've been meaning to try out Retro Fitness. I work out at Fusion Fitness on Main St.(Newark) and the YMCA in Bear.
Got frustrated trying to figure out what "eating clean" even means, so I just had a burrito. IIFYM Crew is persuasive :shrug:

I used to work out at 1614 Fitness in Newark, DE. Now I work out at Retro Fitness, just like hollywood21639 ^^. Pretty good gym. Two cardio rooms, lots of hammer strength, and quite a few cable stations as well (iso ones for back, chest and shoulders). Could use some more benches/dumbells though.~I'm an egomaniac with a inferiority complex...

I started at kirkwood when i moved here 5 years ago, it is an old folks home. I went to bodyvisions for a year before moving into wilmington. I goto YMCA in wilmington. I liked bodyvisions better. I always pass total fitness on the train never been though.

bumping this out of curiosity. Seems most people are up in that top section of delaware. I'm from central delaware. Harrington/Milford area. Is there anybody out there?
Hitting a milestone while working out is like hitting a speed bump in a parking lot. Your eyes immediately focus on the next one down the road.

I'm from north delaware just started going to anytime fitness! Anyone have any good gyms up here?? Fred smalls gym is amazing but i couldn't stick with the program
