Weird NO-Xplode queston

On the jug it says not to shake it but to stir it. I really don't have anything I can stir it in as crazy as that sounds. If I shake it is it going to make any difference in the effectivness? I shook it today, and when I opened up my bottle it released some gas. So my dumb question, is it ok if I contnue to shake it? Gonna make any difference if I don't stir it?

I have noticed when i stir it, its kinda fizzy. When i shake it, it kinda loozes the fizzyness but i still feel the same effect. I shake mine evertime i workout so wouldnt see a problem with it. when you shake it in a bottle it could explode the cap off (shaker bottles from GNC) so i could see a danger thing. as far as effectivness im not too sure.

Yeah, don't put it in a small container and shake it. The ethyl esters will make the lid explode which isn't a danger, but can cause one hell of a mess.

So am I loosing anything than from the ethyl esters obviously releasing gas?

I used to shake it before they put on the bottle not to shake it. It would release the gas and what not. I believe they put they warning on their to cover their own asses from idiots getting "hurt" from popping caps.

As for the effectivness, have you ever shaken up a soft drink and then drank it? Pretty much the same effect. It will change the effectiness, but not by much more than likely. The best way I found was to softly "shake" it. By just spinning the stuff around, it would mix okay, but wouldn't give the gasious pop when I opened it back up.

it says dont shake because it will pop what it is in. Ive heard of people exploding their bottles! well popping anyway.

just shake gently or swirl it

the reason they say not to shake it because it contains an effervescent like alkaseltzer. (I think thats how you spell it, oh well).

essentially your lip will blow off in a small glass or cup

It depends. Sometimes access to getting shaving cream and laundry detergent is impossible....so a spoon and a cup are in the same boat. Just depends on which FOB or camp you are on and how easy it is to get convoys in and out of it.
