well guys its been a month since i posted that scarily small pic of me at like 80 lbs. i dont know if you remember it or not, but i have an update pic now. it doesnt look like ive gained to much, but ive put on a good 7 or 8 lbs and continue to gain about a solid pound or so each week. i owe it all to those of you that supported me and helped me out. well here it is:

hey guys, i plan on bulking until my body fat gets too high. which will probably take awhile. once it gets to about 14% or 15% i will do my first cut. i dont know what it is now, but i guarantee its not past 8%. i just won a digital bodyfat scale off ebay, so when i get that i can keep weekly progress checks. o and im 15, i know im very small, but im gonna change that with time!!!

i will add calories once my 1-1.5 lb per week gains slow down or stop. i dont want to gain to much more than this per week because then it will be mostly fat. once my gains slow i will add about 300 calories per week until they go up again.

Excellent work so far, guys remember he is just starting out, and a guy weighing 80 pounds has a lot more to deal with and bigger mountains to climb, so in this case I think being a bit nicer will help him more than the one sentence bashes.
Once you get things going man things will fall in place, listen to what these guys say, everyone gave excellent advice, treat good advice like gold, and bad advice like ****.

i'm current 5'2" @ 132-134 lbs @ (about) 15-17%bf. i haven't even thought about cutting. not until i hit 150 lbs.

a pound a week is perfect man. u prolly want to keep your 6 pack so dont try gaining muscle to fast or ur gonna lose it
