    Thumbs up Update pics of the little 80 pounder!!!

    well guys its been a month since i posted that scarily small pic of me at like 80 lbs. i dont know if you remember it or not, but i have an update pic now. it doesnt look like ive gained to much, but ive put on a good 7 or 8 lbs and continue to gain about a solid pound or so each week. i owe it all to those of you that supported me and helped me out. well here it is:

    That is a solid gain. But, don't expect to keep gaining by eating the same amount of calories. Right now, you could eat more calories. Next year, you may need over 3000 calories to keep gaining. So, adjust your meals to get more calories and protein. STAY OFF CARDIO!! Get 10 hrs. of sleep. Don't overtrain.

    hey guys, i plan on bulking until my body fat gets too high. which will probably take awhile. once it gets to about 14% or 15% i will do my first cut. i dont know what it is now, but i guarantee its not past 8%. i just won a digital bodyfat scale off ebay, so when i get that i can keep weekly progress checks. o and im 15, i know im very small, but im gonna change that with time!!!

    i will add calories once my 1-1.5 lb per week gains slow down or stop. i dont want to gain to much more than this per week because then it will be mostly fat. once my gains slow i will add about 300 calories per week until they go up again.

    dude, eat more. Abs are for skinny ass losers. If you have a six pack, you're body fat percentage is bordering on the edge of too low. Gain some damn weight. Also, I can see your muscles, but you need more bulking, they are toned bu the muscles still look skinny.

    Excellent work so far, guys remember he is just starting out, and a guy weighing 80 pounds has a lot more to deal with and bigger mountains to climb, so in this case I think being a bit nicer will help him more than the one sentence bashes.

    Once you get things going man things will fall in place, listen to what these guys say, everyone gave excellent advice, treat good advice like gold, and bad advice like ****.

    Hey youngins, his maitenance calorie level is only around 1000 calories, 2000 calories is probably enough for now. Of course you kids just think that EVERYONE needs to eat 6000 calories to gain any muscle at all. I guess we can thank FLEX for that crap.

    you're 5'3 @ 88 lbs, cutting is the LAST thing you want to think about. even at 15% body fat you still shouldn't think about cutting.

    i'm current 5'2" @ 132-134 lbs @ (about) 15-17%bf. i haven't even thought about cutting. not until i hit 150 lbs.

    I'd try HST along with your bulk. I started out HST only 123lbs, very underweight just like you. I've been eating around 2700 cals a day, and in a month in a half I'm up to 134 and still rising. My goal is to be 145-150 by my second HST cycle (starts in 3 weeks).
