hey everyone, in two days i am moving to AZ to begin summer training with my team and just wanted to see if i have gotten my stength up to about where a (for the next six months then hopefully DI) DIII starting center should be.
6'3"
268 lbs.
squat - 385 X 5
Inc. bench - 275 X 5
Hang clean - 245 X 5
leg press - over 1300 x 1, not quite sure
not sure what my 40 time is but my mile time is 7:41
just a bit nervous about moving down there, which is normal and couldnt really sleep so a decided to throw out this tread, tell me what you think and good luck to the rest of you guys this fall.

yea... if you go D-3 and were to transfer, you would def. have to sit out a year first of all... secondly, you might not get any more playing time at your new school, so you would basically waste 3 years of football that you could have had at whatever level.... I was thinking the same thiing at first.. because whats on everyone's mind at the D-1 level is NFL... but in all honesty if you do well enough at D-3 then you can make it wherever.... make sure your a D-1 caliber STARTER before you transfer, for example send tape and see what the coaches will honestly tell you, and try not to get into being bought because alot of coaches have a very very good sales pitch if you knwo what I mean..... otherwise just really dominate at the D-3 level... a much harder route, but you get 4 years of football, and hey a guy that goes to a D-3 college that is like 25mins away from my town... got a tryout from the Redskins and just signed a multi-figure 4 year deal this last week... good luck
