Monday: Chest/Tri's
BB bench press
BB incline bench press
Cable Cross
Dips
V-bar push downs
Reverse grip flat bar push downs
Close grip push up
Tuesday: Back/Bi's
Bent over BB row
Lat pull down
Seated row
Preacher curl
Hammer curl
Seated curl
Wed: Legs/ Shoulders
Squats
Leg curl
Calf raises
Rear delt flies
Front raises
Lateral raises
Thurs: off
Friday Repeat monday But with 2x20x low weight
Sat and sun: off
Rinse and repeat
On the days you work the muscle group twice a week you do low weight high reps on the second day with little rest between sets

Why not combine shoulder routine with your chest and triceps? Otherwise, every thing looks good. What kind of goals do you have?

I am going for strength and mass..I also play lacrosse so performance in that also..Why would i put shoulders with chest and tri's though? just wondering
