I'm Always F$#$#%g Hungry!!!!

Does anyone else have this problem? I train hard! Diet great! But every 2-3
hours I HAVE to eat and i'm starving when i do. I eat six meals a day. three of them are whey protein shakes, along with three solid meals. what is my problem. i cheat with some kashi or multigrain bread and peanut butter. i consume tons of fruit which worries me, cause they are so high in calories. But I can't help it. I don't gain weight really. I'm getting more ripped reaching alot of my goals, but I'm worried I won't hit 8% bodyfat if this keeps up

start eating more solid food. Whey protein never fills me up like a good solid meal of egg whites and oatmeal does. I think that'll go a long way towards curbing your appetite. And how much water are you drinking? Also try to get at least 1/2 your daily calories in the first 1/2 of the day. That always helps me usually.

just eat. and throw in more fat. or try a keto diet, cuz that's the best diet i've ever done. i was full @ low ass calories - u kinda have to force urself to eat so that u don't underat. the first day on it, i only had ~1350 calories and i wasn't hungry at all.

i eat every 2.5 hours cuz i eat hungry all the time as well.

i would be careful trying to go that low. once you put on some more mass you should be able to do it without worry, but youre pretty skinny as it is.

First of all, you should be eating every 2-3 hours.

Second, I hope you are eating somethin else with those whey shakes... You need carbs and fats for your body to utilize the protein. If you have just protein for a meal (especially whey) your body will be forced to go through ketosis and burn the protein for energy and leave none to help rebuild or save muscle tissue. Even for a low carb keto diet, you need fat to burn for energy.

You may feel bad about eating more food with the shakes at first, but I gaurnetee it will help your metablosm.

Third, fruit high in calories??? are you crazy.... what fruit are you eating?

Fourth, It is normal to feel hungry when you are dieting. If you are extremely hungry, your body is probably telling you something... like you need more nutrients... more food.

If you truly think your calorie intake is where it should be, start having bulkier foods like salad, veggies, apples, cottage cheese, yogurt. Of course this is really only a temporary fix. Your body is aware of how many calories you are having. The BEST solution is to eat balanced meals made of solid food.

Eat more solid food along with drinking more water. I find that if i get hungry I chug some water and it usually curbs my hunger until my next meal.
