how many times a week should you deadlift and work your biceps

i hear some people say 2-3 times a week for both, sometimes once a week for deadlift and twice for biceps.

I think 2-3 times a week for deadlifts is a bit much. Usually thats a lot of weight you're pulling and it can be very taxing on the body, especially if you are also doing other heavy compound lifts like squats for example. That's just my opinion though...

I think once a week is great. It's all about what your body can take though. I mean, i would advise to stay with once per week. Some bbers even save deads for once every 2-3 weeks. I like once a week. You just have to experiemnt. Atleast give yourself 2-3 days full rest/recovery time. Also if your doing other heavy excercisis (squats), then deadlifting more than 1-2 times a week can be evry hard on you.

Don't worry about cramming it into a week. Try something like, once every 5 days.

For biceps I hit them hard 2wice a week.

yea hes right once a week is definitely enough for deads if you feel like you need to work your lower back harder id suggest doing hyperextensions. now with you biceps i would isolate them once a week also maybe 2 days after your lat workout i know my bi are on fire by the time i am done with my lat workouts so it almost like getting 2 week but only one isolating them

I dedicate a whole day to biceps but other things Id do on my back day will hit them too.

I deadlift twice a week, One day heavy and the other day a bit lighter. I just started this extra deadlift day last week and it seems to be going pretty well so far.
db shoulder press : can get the 115s up
    db bench: 125 x 10 x 4.
bulking to 200 even if it kills me.

once a week for deadlift is enough and once or twice a week for biceps is enough
