Protein/Carb Requirements for Women
Hey there everyone,
this is my first post, this is an awesome board, I probably will be here more often.
Anyways with my questions, I searched through this board briefly but couldn't find an answer for my question.
If there is I apologize..
Does anyone know what the Protein/Carb Requirement for women are?
As far as like a girl trying to get cut and lose body fat?
I'm asking this question for my g/f and she's curious about it. Because I know that for men the average is like 1.5 grams of protein per bodyweight.

Hi!
I'm aiming for 1 gram of protein per llb of bodyweight.
I also aim for 20-30grams of carbs per meal (I eat 5 meals per day).
I'm pretty much getting the results I want, so hopefully I'm doing this right!
