Hello,
I'm preparing for my first competition on July 6th(June 21st today). I'm a little behind so I do not think I'll be bending/loading carb but I think I will be bending/loading water and sodium. I'll probly have 30g carb everyday on my peak week. My main source of carb is rice cake. My show start at 5PM and I'll wake up around 12 PM. What should I eat on my contest day?

Due to lack of info, any answer you get will be somewhat of a guess...
– Which competition?
– Age, Weight, Height, (Gender)
– Pics of your current state/conditioning
– Your TDEE, Current macros/calories
Lots of factors that affect outcome to a significant degree, that we might misguide you on.
Messing with water/sodium can be as critical as carbing if not even more, do you know how you usually respond?
