home workouts are great. i got and still get very good results. yet, i would sugest 3 more improvements:
1. get a massive bench built in a way that you could do squats.
2. find a way to install a bar up somewhere to do chin ups.
3. add an EZ bar.
no need to pay a year after year to the gym

Aloha! I have been using this great workout routines and I love it. I've been working out at home for some time now. I have a partner who see to it that I am doing it safely. Free weights is all I have been using. I just finished working out with Jamie Eason's 12 Week Livefit Program and I have seen alot of improvements. I weighted 148lbs 6 months ago and now I weight 113lbs. My body physique is changing so much that even my daughter is taking up weight training with Jamie.
