i find its easier to build muscle and then cut the fat off instead of cutting then bulking then cutting again.

you look like you've got a fair amount of muscle under your "flab", dont take that the wrong way. i'd just hit the gym hard 4-5 days a week, take in about 500 cals above your maintenance calorie burn level.

doing some cardio on your off days should help reduce your bodyfat %.

give it a shot.

i think thats the norm.

You dont look that bad at all dude. BULK and do a cardio a few times a week maybe.

if you continue to see no difference you may be working out and eating wrong. Hire a personal trainer for half an hour at your gym so you can get started on the right path.

Diet is more important than weight training in my opinion, make sure you're doing it right.

Instead of worrying about bulking or cutting, I would just get into the gym if I were you. Eat a healthy diet, and get used to the diet and activity changes. Then, once your body is used to all this, then decide where you want to go from there (bulking or cutting).

I don't think you should bulk. You're right with your cutting cycle. Seems like you're pretty thick underneath your little extra padding and I'm sure there's a lot of potential waiting to be explored....
