Baseline Nutritional Supplements by Jon Barron

Ok so it's probably safe to say I've literally tried almost every type of supplement out there when it comes to bodybuilding and with as many of the supplements that I've tried most of them I've given up on because I've found that even with a proper diet most of them are just a waste of money (I didn't say all of them I just said MOST of them). I strongly believe that with a proper diet you really don't need to be using all that many supplements to get great results. This is how it is for me at least.

Being a big internet junkie I often times find myself researching all sorts of different supplements and health related products and a few months back I found myself doing a lot of of research on natural health supplements. Now when I say "natural" don't go getting the idea that I'm some sort of vegan or vegetarian body builder because I am by NO means any of that. When I say natural/herbal I'm reffering to the ingredients in these supplements as opposed to many of the other supplements out there.

Having said all that the website that really got me clued into all of this is http://www.jonbarron.org. The way it works is that website is the informational website with all the companies newsletter archives and reports and various different health issues, the products, and much more. Before you delve into any of the products which are offered at http://www.baselinenutritionals.com you should check out the newsletters, barron reports and special reports on the http://www.jonbarron.org website as it contains a wealth of useful information. It also explains a lot of the products, how they were formulated and why they work. Basically all I'm from anyone is if you are interested in the products before you make any claims such as "oh that can't work" or "that's bogus" at least do yourself a favor and actually READ the articles and newsletters on the site because they're very well written and very in depth with many cited refferences to numerous studies and what not.

After checking out the Jon Barron site you can check out the http://www.baselinenutritionals.com site which is where they sell all the products. (I'm not sure why they don't just sell the products on the Jon Barron site?) The products all have a complete listing of ingredients on the site as well. I'm not sure if I'm the first person on these forums to use any of these supplements (or natural/herbal supplements for that matter) as most of their focus doesn't seem to be directed towards bodybuilding but I noticed they promote them a lot for athletes so I figured I might as well give them a shot!

The products/supplements I'm currently taking from them are the following...

- pHi-Zymes (This is hands down the best supplement that they offer and perhaps that I've ever used!)

- Ultimate Antioxidant (This should speak for itself!)

- Private Reserve Super Food (This is a GREAT source of digestable protein!)

- Accelerator (I've found this to be a perfect source for useable carbs!)

- Warp Speed (This has been great for giving me a "energy boost". As soon as you put this stuff on your tongue you seriously feel instantly awakened!)

I've also been told that they are currently working on a supplement that is going to be primarily focused towards athletes and bodybuilders that is going to be a protein supplement but instead of using Whey protein it's going to use proteins from brown rice, yellow pea, etc. which are apparently more digestable/usable.

Anyways moving on... The pHi-Zymes I have to comment on myself because this supplement truly is magnificant. The bottle recommends a lower dosage but I emailed them and asked them if it would be acceptable for me to take more and they said for someone who is doing bodybuilding like I am that they suggest taking 5 capsules, 3 times a day. They told me they had several other body builders that were local to the California area who were doing the same thing and getting great results. So about 3 months ago I started taking 5 caps 3 times a day and the effects were instantly noticeable. The thing I noticed the most hands down would be the fact that I'm literally never running out of breath at the gym. I mean I can lift and lift and lift and it seems like I'm never short on breath and I can just keep going and going. It's certainly something I've never felt before, that's for sure!

Anyways, like I said before I'm not sure if anyone else has used these products or even knows of them but I just wanted to share my review. I have a million other possitive things to say about these supplements and at the very least I would love to have a few other people try them and comment on their results with the products. I think that what I've stumbled on to here while seemingly simple is something truly impressive (at least in my mind) and the results I'm getting surely don't lie! Sure I've got a GREAT diet and I work out a whole lot but after lifting for about 5 years straight I know my body well enough to know when things are changing for the better and I know my body well enough to know when I introduce a new supplement to my system weather or not it's making a difference. These products truly are making a difference so I encourage you to check them out and try them if you feel so inclined. After all, it never hurts to try. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised just as I have been!

This is great post, it is give very important information. Really it will workout for me,thank you very much for sharing this info. In today's world, our bodies still require the complete balance of pure nutrients and energy provided by live whole foods. The modern demands of our fast-paced world have led to the processing of food to the point of non-nutrition.

Great thread,

Body building supplement is a fitness supplement that is designed to help people who use it to achieve weight gain, muscle building, and strength training. There are many other reasons for using body building supplement products but these three are probably the most popular. Be careful with body building fitness supplement products as some of them could be very dangerous. Nutritional supplements represent a support to our body. The nutritional supplements clean the human body and restore the deficiencies present inside. While taken constantly, nutritional supplements promote good health and help prevent disease. Nutritional supplements represent a good thing that we need. It is best to satisfy the body's vitamin and mineral needs with a healthy diet.

Hi Christine,

Genital warts also known as HPV Infection is caused by the human papillomavirus [HPV] of which over a hundred strains have been identified by doctors. One of these is Wartrol Genital Warts Relief. HPV being inherently contagious has a peculiar behavior; it might be within your body for up to three months without your knowledge.
