How many exercises do you guys do per muscle group? I always feel like I didn't do enough and I end up lifting for like 60-90 minutes

small: bicep, tricep, shoulders (all 3 parts)
large: Chest, back (upper, mid and lower), legs
I keep the large exercises, the bread and butter ones if you will. BB curls, Squats, heavy rows, deadlifts, incline press, etc, etc etc and will switch in/out the more isolation type exercises to mix things up.see ya at 225
