    How many exercises per session do you do?

    How many exercises do you guys do per muscle group? I always feel like I didn't do enough and I end up lifting for like 60-90 minutes

    when you guys refer to "small muscles", which ones are you talking about?

    do you switch the exercises that you do every week? because clearly there are way more than 3-4 for each muscle

    small: bicep, tricep, shoulders (all 3 parts)

    large: Chest, back (upper, mid and lower), legs


    I keep the large exercises, the bread and butter ones if you will. BB curls, Squats, heavy rows, deadlifts, incline press, etc, etc etc and will switch in/out the more isolation type exercises to mix things up.

    I aim for a time limit of 1hr for legs, 1hr back, 40 for chest, 1 hr for arms, 40 mins for shoulder and abs.

    Make sure at the end of this time your crawling from the gym and your work is done.

    I've tried higher volume, but for me it did nothing. I like pouring all my strength into two working sets per exercise.
