How long do you wait after your pre-workout meal before you start working out?

I wait for about an hour, but there are times that even after an hour my stomach still feels really full. It lessens my concentration. Waiting for an hour thirty is fine right? Thanks guys.

From what the others have said, the true answer is anytime.

Persoanally, I can't go the gym on an empty stomach, no way! I have a bowl of oat and fruit natural cereal about an hour before I go and just before I leave (15 min drive) I have a whey shake.. that does me..
