Ok looks like i cant lift as much as i used to before.
All cos of my stupid father. He had a divorce with my mum 3 months ago, then moved in his girlfriend and her FOUR children in my house. I have to share a room with a 16 yr old bro who is always here so i can hardly ever lift, and my dad is on jobseekers allowance so i can barely even eat like 2 meals a day. He doesnt let me cook anymore, he only gives me dinner when he cooks it, and i havent been to the gym in a long time cos i havent had the money. At the end of the day, weightlifting is all down to cash, and im not going to be able to succeed while my paps keeps ****ing my life up. How do you recommend i solve these problems?

this is very bad, a LOT of changes
It's not he who knows more that is the better lifter, it is he who puts into action what he knows.

you're going to have to get a job if you want to life. it doesn't really seem like you're in a position to lift. just make future plans, it's not the end of the world. do lots of pushups too. they barely feed my friend in the army and all he does is pushups he tells me. he's huge, really huge.
i don't want a sig

Damn, that sucks But yeah, you can get a part time job aslong as you have a work-permit, you have these in the UK, we could get them from the age of 14. Just think the only thing is you can't work over a certain amount of hours a day, but hey it'd give you some money to maybe get loadsa skimmed milk and peanuts, I think these are the 2 cheapest sources of protein. At Tescos I can get 2. something litres of milk for under £1, and like 200g of peanuts for about 23p. That's like 150g of protein for £1.20 or so.
Good luck, and if you can't afor weights, bodyweight exercises will be better than nothing aslong as you can get in the milk and peanuts. Variations of situps/pullups/chinups etc.Hai guise.
