    Angry Poor Mans Bulking Diet??

Lets see ur suggestions. I've recently become "pretty" poor.
I can no longer afford my 60-80 dollar a week diet. Any ideas? Im willing to cook from scratch, prep, etc...

    BTW, Im now about 220 14%bf 5'10
Its pretty depressing to lose wt because of $$$

The crust is thick and firm, not too soft not too hard, just right to chew the cheese is thick and gooey but not sloppy and no oil pools the pepperonis and sausage bits are perfectly evenly spaced out and taste great the sauce is full of flavor and a perfect blend of tomato and spices
but, covering the middle of the pizza in a circle that takes up half the pizza
is a giant turd. Will you eat the pizza? or will you pick a pizza that has everything together even tho its not as amazing as the first pizza, because unlike the first pizza it has no turd on it
a distended gut on an otherwise amazing phisique is like a giant turd on an otherwise perfect pizza [/B][/QUOTE]

Just buy bags and bags of oatmeal, brown rice, and bananas for carb calories. For protein, all you need is whey, cottage cheese, eggs, and milk. You can sneak in some meat protein everyday from your parents for dinner. That's all you need. Would cost about $5 or less per day if you're willing to eat it everyday...

eggs and full fat milk are your best friends.
around here the skim and 1% cost more than the 2% and i dont ever get anything higher but im pretty sure it costs less than the 2%

for cutting id say you are doomed if u cant spend 60-80 a week.

also tuna is cheap depending where u buy it from, but the one in oil costs more than the one in water and the one in water has little calories cause its all protein.

also, since its bulking, kraft dinner wud be a nice choice for carbs as its very cheap.

buy wholesale. go to sam's club or costco and get a 9lb box of oats (like 5 bucks), a package of l ike 30 tuna cans, a 40 pack of chicken breasts, and some fish oil. save up some money and get 10lbs of whey protein powder. then just get eggs, milk, and whole wheat bread which arent too expensive. there are HUGE bags of brown rice there too.

    Red face

Ok, lets try and lay out an example diet!

    Meal1-3 Eggs/Oats w/honey/Milk
    Meal2-Tuna on Wheat/Milk
Meal3-Chix/Beef w/heaps of brown rice or cous cous etc.
    Meal4-Couple PB sandys/Milk
Meal5-Probably just some Cottage Cheese or Casein Powder if I can find it for <Money

Looking to atleast maintain till things get better here!!

Hoping for 250g pr, 300g carbs, 100 or so g fat??
about 3k cal would be nice. Dont mind gaining some beef in the process. This is a great excuse to be fat for the summer!!!
