I don't think that there is a recommended level, but as for caloric intake, get as much as you need. With two a days you're going to need your energy level to stay up. As for protein intake, if you're lifting during this time I would suggest trying to get in as much protein as you can that your body needs, but it's also key that you get in a good amount due to the amount of work your body does in practice also. As for L-Glutamine, I'm not sure about that. Creatine is something that you really have to decide on your own. Here is a website that can help you on that http://www.fuelingtactics.com/creatine3.htm
Hopefully that will be able to help you.

Multiply your bodyweight by 18-20 to get a calorie intake for bulking/mass gaining season. For cutting, it is your bodyweight x 10-12 kcals.

I would suggest you taking ZMA instead of creatine, but it is your choice.

    For L-Glutamine, read bodybuilding.com prescription - http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/glutamine.html

    For whey protein - www.bodybuilding.com/store/whey.html

    Good Luck!!!
