Damn...trail mix is so good but there are a lot of calories in it!! I mean, it's probably not bad. The stuff I'm talking about is the bulk stuff you can get from WinCo. It has peanuts, raisins, walnuts and m&ms. It's not THAT bad I don't think (except for the m&m's) but damn it's like 150 calories per 3 tablespoons!! I could easily down about 17 pounds of that stuff. Maybe 18. I love it. It's probably the one temptation I have constantly...I just usually wait till the weekend and have a little bit to keep myself sane.
