I have all three flavors, they taste well.. I drink some every night... gains? I dunno, hard to tell... I think its a quality product with quality ingredients though, but no magic pill. You could just go with cc, but it isn't really cheaper, though its whole food...and you have to constantly replenish it... I'm LI though so I go with the lactose free/low lactose powders.
