what supplements should teens take?
please let me know, i know nothing about supplements and i dont take any, i am female an 16years of age. does anyone have advice? innitially i want to loose fat, and then build muscle.

multi vitamin, whey protein, fish oils are the basics to begin with.. diet is the most important though

That's a good place to start. I'd also consider green tea extract, and stay away from fat burners at that age.

Since you are looking to lose fat first, diet and cardio are the best options.
Burn more calories than you are consuming

I agree
Absolutely, at your age all you need is a low fat diet, some green tea extract (which is basically just drinking some "green tea"), and if any supplementation is involved: maybe some Omega-3s for joint health (fish oils are crucial for runners)
